Global D2C e-commerce platform for Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau and more.
- Led product design for the cross-channel commerce experience, live in BSH and partner stores worldwide.
- Led a team of three product designers, setting priorities and the quality bar.
- Evolved a multi-brand design system for 10+ brands and 20+ themes: component libraries, token structure and consistency across products.
- Designed search, filters and checkout: visitors who filter convert 25% more often, no search comes up empty, and only 0.5% of checkouts hit a form error.
- Ran product discovery with business analysts: framed problem spaces and validated assumptions before design work started.
- Rolled out AI workflows (Claude Code, Figma MCP) across the D2C team – designers now ship coded prototypes.
Flexa / Enpal.
Senior Product Designer
Enpal.One+, Germany's largest residential virtual power plant (Enpal JV).
- Designed Enpal app features that pool home solar, batteries, EV chargers and heat pumps into one plant – 40,000+ households, ~400 MW by end of 2025.
- Designed how customers see earnings from feed-in and automated power trading – up to €2,000 a year per household, in an app 9 in 10 customers use daily.
- Built a cross-platform design system for web and mobile from scratch.
- Created illustrations and animations for the app's onboarding flow.
- Shaped product decisions with founders, product, business development and tech; worked hands-on with developers from prototype to go-live.
Arculus / Jungheinrich
Senior Product Designer
Robot fleet software for automotive production, part of Jungheinrich since 2021.
- Led the design of arculus Fleet (IFOY Award 2021), which sets up, simulates and controls mixed-vendor AMR fleets (VDA 5050) in live automotive production.
- Designed live fleet supervision: what robots do, why, and where people step in.
- Designed production setup: maps, routes and layout simulation before go-live.
- Shipped to Audi's Supermarket 2.0 in Ingolstadt, where the system cut storage space by about 25%; arculus reports 20–30% higher productivity.
- Built the design system and component library for the full product suite.
- Aligned requirements with engineers and enterprise clients; mentored juniors.

- Designed the core product – app builder, end-user apps and mobile experience – for customers including Commerzbank, Deutsche Bahn, PwC and ARAG.
- Designed for non-technical users who build a working app from a spreadsheet in minutes, prototyping across a wide range of user-generated use cases.

How do you work?
I like to get involved early — before the direction is set. That means working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand what's actually needed before I start designing. In the process itself, I'm hands-on: concept, wireframes, UI and design system in one go. I don't deliver slide decks — I deliver something that works.
Do you also do research, development, or content?
I'm happy to support research methodically and help structure it — but the execution sits with you or a dedicated researcher. I don't do development, but I work in a way that gives developers little reason to ask questions: clean components, clear tokens, complete specs – ready for consumption by AI.
What are your terms?
I work as a freelancer on a project basis – remote or hybrid. I focus on mid- to longer-term engagements of around 3 months or more, as that's where I can make a real impact. Working on a daily rate is an option, if the project spans to 6 months or more.
Can I book you for smaller tasks?
For individual workshops, design audits, or short sprints, I'm occasionally available — if the topic is the right fit and I can add genuine value. For pure execution work without context, I'm probably not the right choice. If you're not sure: just briefly describe what you need and we'll quickly find out if it makes sense.
How does working together look?
We start with a short conversation — no pitch, no proposal overhead. I understand what you need, you understand how I work. If it's a good fit, we kick off with a clear scope: what's in, who's involved, what's the first concrete step. From there I work closely with your team — iteratively, transparently, no black boxes. You see work in progress, not presentations out of nowhere.
I can only see a few project details — do you have more to show?
Yes. Most of my recent work was done for companies in the B2B or Industrial space — and is covered by NDAs accordingly. What's publicly visible is intentionally limited for that reason. You can request access to my project pages, though I can show considerably more in a direct conversation: process, decisions, outcomes — with the right context.
